Role: Art Direction · UX/UI Design · Template Design · Design Systems
I designed and served as Art Director for a growing library of pop-ups, landing pages, and email preference centers, creating flexible systems that could work across different brands, industries, and marketing goals.
Challenge:
Decrease time-to-launch for new customers, and help guide them with successful campaign strategies that work for their niche.
The goal was to give customers a strong starting point without limiting what they could create.
In addition to being able to imagine their own branding, customers often need guidance on what types of campaigns to build. Unmanaged customers in particular need to get ideas without having a one-on-one brainstorming session or strategy call.
Solution:
Build a robust library of templates organized by use cases, such as email + sms signup, countdown timers, cart abandonment, paywalls, surveys, and other common campaigns. The template library serves as not only a starting point for design, but also for strategy.
Results:
By combining visual variety and proven strategies, the template library made it faster for customers to turn Digioh's technology into polished, on-brand experiences.
Customer Success Managers launch new campaigns on a customer call within minutes. The sales team leveraged the theme library to showcase the platform's capabilities and range of features. The support team reported a reduction in "getting started" types of support questions.

Pop-up templates designed for Digioh. Customers can choose from hundreds of templates for email and SMS capture, promotions, announcements, site abandonment, and other on-site messaging.
The templates combine clear hierarchy, conversion-driven layouts, and flexible components that customers can customize to their own brand.
The landing-page library gave customers professionally designed starting points for campaigns, lead generation, product discovery, and other marketing experiences.
Each template was designed as a reusable system rather than a one-off page, balancing strong visual direction with the flexibility customers needed to make the designs their own.
Preference centers presented a different challenge: creating a useful, intuitive experience while giving brands enough flexibility to maintain their visual identity.
I developed layouts that made complex preference-management experiences feel simple, branded, and easy to navigate.
