Building a flexible identity for an organization. And designing a new graphic and design system for each year's PrideFest celebration.

Otsego Pride Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. OPA hosts in-person and online fundraisers and throws an annual PrideFest event.
OPA needed an identity that could work across its year-round organization, while giving each annual PrideFest its own personality.
In addition to developing the organization's main branding, I developed thematic event identities and design systems to work across everything from merchandise such as enamel pins and apparel to large-format event graphics, creating cohesive campaigns that could be recognized at every touchpoint.
Impact: 3X revenue at events from merch sales.
Small City, Big Pride
PrideFest 2022's theme, "Small City, Big Pride" embodies the warm and vibrant community found in Oneonta. I wanted to create a graphic that would convey the idea of a small community that is filled with love and pride, and welcoming to the LGBTQIA+ community.
The rainbow path leading to the city and exploding into a large burst signals LGBTQIA+ folks finding their path and being celebrated. The colors not only surround the buildings, but fill each one, representing the diverse groups of people living and working there.
PRIDE: Power, Resistance, Intersectionality, Dignity, Existance
PrideFest 2026's theme, "PRIDE: Power, Resistance, Intersectionality, Dignity, Existence" is meant to empower and inspire the LGBTQIA+ community. The graphics draw inspiration from old school punk rock zines and evoke a rebellious spirit. The hissing cat illustration also represents rebellion and conveys strength and ferocity in the face of adversity.
